EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Chester, a certified hotel owner (CHO),  began building his personal real estate portfolio in the 80’s. He has bought and sold over $30 million of real estate in 3 countries and 5 states including single family rental properties, land developments, apartment building, townhome development, hotels and assisted living facility. With his family’s background in the manufacturing, high tech, healthcare, hospitality and food & beverage industries, he found his passion in the hospitality industry owning interests in multiple hotel properties in the US. In 2014, together with his family, bought out the partners to be the sole owners of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel in Texas. With his expertise in sales & marketing, revenue management and assembling a team of highly qualified staff, the hotel has averaged an annual return of 21.5%

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Lawrence started his career in the high tech industry serving as the systems engineer for numerous companies including Singapore Telecom, Nortel, Motorola, eBay, Apple and Nuance Communications. His background in technology enabled him to be a member of the IHG Technology council to evaluate and implement brand standard technologies across IHG family of hotels (Intercontinental, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge, Candlewood Suites, Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza, HuaLuxe). In 2016, he founded Springtime Residence LLC, a Residential Care Facility for Elders (RCFE) in San Ramon, CA. He is a certified RCFE Administrator and is an RCFE Consultant for startups. He is currently an advisor for the Contra Costa RCFE Association and a member of the San Ramon Valley RCFE Working Group that produce safety manuals and videos that are distributed to all Bay Area RCFE for emergency disaster planning.

Josie is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of California. Her expertise in bank financing, regulatory compliance with various government agencies, tax planning strategies, financial strategies, operating infrastructure and expansion outside of the United States enabled her to help 3 startups launch highly successful initial public offerings (IPO). These companies have moved on to become leaders in their respective industries and are now part of S&P 500.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ernest has over 23 years experience in the design, operations and project management of construction projects. As a Business Systems Analyst at one of the world’s largest construction companies, he successfully implemented project management systems worldwide tracking the company’s multi-billion dollar construction projects worldwide. He and his wife has successfully sold over $10M worth of real estate in the greater Los Angeles area.
